Dermal Fillers
Wrinkles and facial lines result from aging, muscle activity and any genetic predisposition. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a natural sugar that is naturally present within your skin, however with age, as the levels of HA reduces, and the skin dries out, wrinkles form as the skin becomes more fragile.
When injected, a Dermal Filler will essentially counteract this HA reduction, allowing the skin to be filled out, reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Due to the nature of Dermal Fillers, they can also be used to boost the definition of lips, the mouth and cheeks.
